Cancellation Policy for the Gateless Academy

Once a writer enters the Gateless Academy,  that writer has access to the luminary calls, the recorded showcase calls, 110 hours of craft lectures and seminars for life.

Should the writer wish to withdraw from the program before the second week of the Academy, all monies save a $250 administrative deposit will be refunded.

Should the writer wish to withdraw from the program after the second week, tuition is non-refundable.

Should the writer become ill or experience unforeseen circumstances s/he still has access to the continuum of the year and can transfer her membership in the pods to the following year or when s/he is ready.

Should a fellowship/scholarship writer wish to withdraw from The Academy after the second week of the program and before the end of their payment plan, no previous payment plan monies shall be refunded and all scholarship monies must be paid back in full within 48 hours of cancelling.
